I won a book on goodreads last night. Well I won two but the one I am so excited about is this one: The Tao of Stress: How to Calm, Balance, and Simplify Your Life by Robert G. Santeen. I am very into yoga, meditation, acupuncture. So I remember entering the contest and thinking "I really hope I win this". I cannot wait to read it and share some tips with all of you!
